Letter of Offer Selection Tool

Human Resources has developed this questionnaire tool to assist you in selecting the correct letter of offer for your employees. This tool is designed to help you save time which is currently being spent writing and rewriting letters, auditing, tracking down the right information, and having employees initial changes. This will also help avoid late payments.

Please notice that our new system has some helpful features:

• Frequently Asked Questions with definitions and explanations that will assist you.  Email eldredm@pdx.edu with additional FAQs you would find helpful.



• Bookmark capabilities for future letter generation. This has two possible uses:
  1. If you are unable to complete the questionnaire you can come back later to where you left off without having to restart your questionnaire.
  
  
  
  2. To create future letters of offer, you will be able to verify selection criteria has not changed since you last selected that letter of offer and go directly to your targeted letter of offer.
